The registered-address country is checked against the business-address country on every company. In this build the generator varies the registered country on a deliberate minority of companies; every other company reads 'same country', which is the check running and finding nothing, not the check being skipped. Estate and mill details stated on the corporate profile are reconciled against the concession record and the Global Mill List. The reconciliation is real, but in this build the profile's mill and capacity are generated from the same mill record, so the two always agree.
